Military Truck and Vehicle Tire Racks

The heavy-duty truck tire folding rack (MTFR-HD) was firstly designed for the Canadian Defence and the US Air
Force. It was specifically created to hold military, truck or other heavy vehicles' tires. This rack can hold up to 44” tires, with the possibility of having custom sized racks on special orders. Its tire capacity is about 10 tires standing on treads (quantity may vary with the size of the tires). The rack is also equipped with two ramps (one each side) that can be used to roll a tire into the rack and can serve to hold the tires in place.
            
The MTFR-HD has great advantages when not in use compared to other racks that you can find on the market. First, it is a modular stackable and foldable rack;
it can be piled 4 high with a forklift, occupying 21.5’ of 
vertical space. Second, it is a sturdy rack that can hold 
3500lbs per rack when stacked.

The passenger & light truck rack (MLTFD) is a flexible and mobile storage rack that allows you to reduce tire handling time. The MLTFD was originally developed for Pirelli, this rack has been adapted to hold all types of tires for passenger cars and light trucks. This tire rack  allows to store large volume of tires when the tires are racked in a laced pattern, but it can also be used for a smaller number of tires stored on their treads

Military Tire Inflation Cage

Martins Industries Militiary Tire Inflation Cage is built with 2-3/8" heavy-gauge steel tubing and 3/16" steel base with added reinforcements. In addition, our weld meets the CSA Standard W47.1. This makes it, and all of our tire inflation cages,  the strongest  tire inflation cage among competition.

Our tire inflation cages are painted with powder coated paint that is cooked at 400˚F which gives a finish that has no leaks, that is more durable and that is better quality.

While inflating tires pressure is made in the tire and an excessive pressure can cause an explosion  that can be greatly damaging. Therefore, it is a safe way for your employees to inflate tires with the tire inflation cage.
